VISTO el Expediente Nº 0017577/2010 del registro del MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES, COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL Y CULTO, el Decreto Nº 2098 de fecha 3 de diciembre de 2008, mediante el cual se homologó el Convenio Colectivo de Trabajo Sectorial del Personal del Sistema Nacional de Empleo Público (SINEP), la Decisión Administrativa Nº 10 de fecha 25 de junio de 2002, y la Resolución MRECIyC Nº 4006 de fecha 23 de diciembre de 1997, y

CONSIDERANDO:

Que por Decisión Administrativa Nº 10/02, se aprobó la estructura organizativa de primer nivel operativo del MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES, COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL Y CULTO.

Que por la Resolución mencionada en el VISTO, se aprobaron distintas unidades de segundo nivel operativo del MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES, COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL Y CULTO.

Que en relación al reordenamiento que se está llevando a cabo en el MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES, COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL Y CULTO, se hace necesario por este acto incorporar y reasignar distintos cargos en el Nomenclador de Funciones Ejecutivas.

Que la OFICINA NACIONAL DE INNOVACION DE GESTION de la SUBSECRETARIA DE GESTION Y EMPLEO PUBLICO de la SECRETARIA DE LA GESTION PUBLICA de la JEFATURA DE GABINETE DE MINISTROS ha tomado la intervención que le compete, conforme la normativa citada, efectuando el análisis y ponderación correspondiente a las unidades organizativas para las cuales se solicita la incorporación y reasignación en el Nomenclador de Funciones Ejecutivas.

Que la SECRETARIA DE HACIENDA del MINISTERIO DE ECONOMIA Y FINANZAS PUBLICAS a través de la OFICINA NACIONAL DE PRESUPUESTO, ha constatado la existencia de créditos vigentes para la medida propugnada en la presente norma.

Que la DIRECCION GENERAL DE ASUNTOS JURIDICOS de la SECRETARIA DE GABINETE de la JEFATURA DE GABINETE DE MINISTROS, ha tomado la intervención que le compete.

Que la presente medida se dicta en uso de las facultades conferidas por el Artículo 7º de la Decisión Administrativa Nº 2 del 11 de enero de 2010.

RESUELVEN:

Artículo 1º — Incorpórase al Nomenclador de Funciones Ejecutivas la unidad perteneciente al MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES, COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL Y CULTO, según el detalle obrante en el Anexo I, que forma parte integrante de la presente resolución.

Art. 2º — Reasígnanse en el Nomenclador de Funciones Ejecutivas las unidades pertenecientes al MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES, COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL Y CULTO, según el detalle obrante en el Anexo II que forma parte integrante de la presente resolución.
