Desígnase el Representante Permanente de la República ante los Organismos Internacionales en Ginebra.

VISTO lo propuesto por el MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES Y CULTO,
y de acuerdo con las atribuciones conferidas por el Artículo 99, inciso
7, de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL.
Por ello,
LA PRESIDENTA DE LA NACION ARGENTINA
DECRETA:
Artículo 1º — Trasládase del
MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES Y CULTO a la Misión Permanente de
la República ante los ORGANISMOS INTERNACIONALES EN GINEBRA al
funcionario de la categoría “A”, Embajador Extraordinario y
Plenipotenciario D. Alberto Pedro D’ALOTTO (D.N.I. Nº 10.923.291).
Art. 2º — Desígnase
Representante Permanente de la República ante los ORGANISMOS
INTERNACIONALES EN GINEBRA al señor Embajador Extraordinario y
Plenipotenciario D. Alberto Pedro D’ALOTTO.
Art. 3º — Los gastos que
demande el cumplimiento del presente decreto se imputarán a las
partidas específicas del presupuesto del MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES
EXTERIORES Y CULTO.
Art. 4º — Comuníquese,
publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y
