VISTO el PRESUPUESTO GENERAL DE LA ADMINISTRACION NACIONAL para el ejercicio 1995 aprobado por la Ley N° 24.447, distribuído por el Decreto N° 2.360 de fecha 28 de Diciembre de 1994, y

CONSIDERANDO:

Que resulta necesario modificar los créditos vigentes de la Jurisdicción 2008 - SECRETARIA DE INTELIGENCIA DEL ESTADO DE LA PRESIDENCIA DE LA NACION, Fuente de Financiamiento 11 - TESORO NACIONAL, Partida 3.9.2 - GASTOS RESERVADOS del Programa 16 - INFORMACION E INTELIGENCIA, Actividad 02 - SEGURIDAD.

Que la modificación que se propicia, se realizará mediante una transferencia de créditos entre las Jurisdicciones 91 - OBLIGACIONES A CARGO DEL TESORO Y 2008 - SECRETARIA DE INTELIGENCIA DEL ESTADO.

Que la medida que se dispone, encuadra en las facultades otorgadas por el Artículo 11 de la Ley N° 24.447, y el Artículo 8°, Anexo I, del Decreto N° 2.360 de fecha 28 de Diciembre de 1994.

Por ello,

EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA

DECRETA:

Artículo 1° — Modifícase el PRESUPUESTO GENERAL DE LA ADMINISTRACION NACIONAL para el ejercicio 1995, de acuerdo con el detalle obrante en planillas anexas al presente artículo que forma parte integrante del mismo.
