VISTO lo propuesto por el MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES, COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL Y CULTO, y de acuerdo con las atribuciones conferidas por el artículo 99, inciso 7 de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL.

EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA

DECRETA:

Artículo 1º — Desígnase Representante Permanente de la República ante la ORGANIZACION DE ESTADOS AMERICANOS, al señor Embajador Extraordinario y Plenipotenciario D. Raúl Alberto RICARDES.

Art. 2º — Los gastos que demande el cumplimiento del presente Decreto se imputarán a las partidas específicas del presupuesto del MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES, COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL Y CULTO.
