DECRETA:

Artículo 1° — Desígnase SUBSECRETARIO DE ASUNTOS LEGISLATIVOS de la SECRETARIA DE EDUCACION del MINISTERIO DE EDUCACION Y JUSTICIA al señor Doctor Rafael Antonio BIELSA (D. N. I. N° 10.986.005).
