DECRETA:

Artículo 1º — Desígnase Subsecretario de Planeamiento, Control y Legislación de la SECRETARIA DE PROGRAMACION PARA LA PREVENCION DE LA DROGADICCION Y LA LUCHA CONTRA EL NARCOTRAFICO de la PRESIDENCIA DE LA NACION, al Doctor D. Daniel Haracio LACASE (D.N.I Nº 11.689.500).
